- David Isteed Review added: 2017.12.25★ ★ ★ ★ ★Luke did exactly what he said he would and kept to agreed dates and times. He had a great manner and I felt confident in his ability. He also identified a number of electrical faults during his checks that rectified at no additional charge.
The job involved groundwork that Luke had not undertaken previously on such a scale. As a result Luke had to stay longer than he had quoted for but he honoured his price as he had quoted an all inclusive figure. My experience with other contractors in the past is that they would have tried to find a way of passing the cost to the customer.
This is a big tick for Luke showing him to be a fair and honest man.
I would wholeheartedly recommend him.
